Privacy policy

Cambrino processes guest data solely on the hotel's instructions. The hotel remains the controller; we are the processor. We do not sell data and we do not use it to train models.

Terms of service

The service agreement you sign is what governs the relationship: what the subscription covers, what onboarding costs, the term and how either side ends it. Ask us for the current version before you sign anything — we would rather you read it than a summary of it.

Data processing agreement

A data processing agreement forms part of the service agreement, covering what we process, on whose instruction, for how long, and what happens when you leave. On termination you get a full export of your own data.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The application itself uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and one that remembers the language you picked. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees the request.

Retention periods

How long we intend to keep each kind of record. Automatic enforcement of these periods is not built yet — today a deletion request is carried out by hand, so write to us and we will do it.
